Q. When will my order be delivered?A. Orders shipped ground are typically shipped within 24 hours of receipt and delivered within 5-7 days. Second day delivery is available for orders received before 10am EST, Monday through Friday. Delivery times are estimates; some items may take longer for delivery. Q. No. There is no charge for orders picked up at the Schine Student Center Bookstore, the Law Bookstore at Dineen, or the ESF Bookstore. Q. Where do I pick it up?A. Orders can be picked up: In the Schine Student Center Bookstore. Pick up your order in the Book Department on the lower of the Bookstore. In the Law Bookstore at Dineen (Law textbooks). During the period the Bookstore operates its temporary location at Dineen Hall for College of Law students, Law textbooks are picked up at Dineen Hall.At the ESF Bookstore. During the period designated by SUNY ESF, textbooks for ESF students are available at the ESF Bookstore. Q. When will my order be ready to pick up?A. For orders received by midnight, your order will be ready for pickup after 3:00pm the next business day (Monday-Friday). For orders received after midnight, your order will be ready for pickup after 3:00pm the second business day. Q. Can I have my order delivered to my Syracuse University residence hall?A. Yes Q. Is there a charge for residence hall delivery?A. Yes. $4.95 Q. When will my order be delivered to my residence hall?A. Your order will be delivered to the front desk of your residence hall on the second business day after you place your order. Weekend and holiday delivery is not available. Q.
